Description
The tool is specifically designed to install the axle bearing evenly and axially correct into the axle body.
Due to its precise fit, the bearing sits cleanly and is not jammed. The force is transmitted via a threaded rod, which slowly and controllably pulls the bearing into its seat.
The model consists of a receiver/counterpart, which is adapted to the bearing and provides the necessary guidance during installation.

Required additional parts (not printed)
- Threaded rod (e.g., M12 or suitable for the application)
- 2 nuts
- Washers (large-area recommended)
(Choose threaded rod length according to the axle)
Print recommendations
- Material: PETG, ABS or ASA (PLA only conditionally recommended)
- Infill: ≥ 40 % (preferably 60–100 %)
- Perimeters/Walls: at least 4
- Print orientation: such that the load does not act transversely to the layers
⚠️ The tool is mechanically stressed – please do not print under-dimensioned.

- Developed for Opel axle bearings (e.g., rear axle, depending on model)
