yes the visor is a one way tint so you can’t see through the helmet but can see out. short explanation yes I can see out of it

First sand it for a while with sandpapers (You have to start out with a low grit and slowly go higher as you go). Then add a primer out it. Then put black paint. Then put Metalic Paint, and once you done add a protective coat one top.

How do you make it look metallic?

good question, I use a chrome spray paint but to get the look make sure to have a gloss black under coat to really get the shine.
