This scout neckerchief woggle is inspired by Kaa the Snake, the mysterious and iconic character from The Jungle Book, frequently associated with storytelling and symbolism within Cub Scouts / Wolf Cubs.
The model features a stylized snake wrapped in a dynamic pose, combined with a functional cylindrical woggle, suitable for real scout use, ceremonies, or as a themed collectible.
