A little words before
Side Mount Spool Holder from @ryan.fransen is great, However i found it's up-right corner (top-front after installation) is not handling any strength, that means filament wastage. And personally i want it more clean look, So i make some changes. Additionally, Voron Style Spool Holders are added, some PFTE tube can turn into a very smooth roller, try it out!

Highlight of this remix:
- 85% filament usage compare to original on identical settings .
- Strong and durable design.
- Compatible with original parts (notice screw thread is left hand)
- Added Voron Style Spool Holders (use PFTE as roller)
- Adaptor for holding filament directly, or use a PC4-M10 fitting like original.
- Better sharp and angle optimization for better installation result.
Print guideline:
Main Body: use 3 walls, 20% infill, use a typical brim.
AMS Lite Rotary/Basic Spindle Adapter: use 3 walls, 30% infll.
One tube roller: use 4 walls, 40% infill plus, print it vertically.
Two tube roller: use 3 walls, 30% infill minimal, print it laying down.
Note: PETG or PLA+ are recommend. Cut the PFTE to 83mm length.
The side mount uses four M3x12mm Hex bolts.

Side Mount Spool Holder V1 is functionally perfect, but the supports bothered me.
After days of rethinking and tweaking, V2 is finally here, No Supports needed any more!
* No need to reprint if you are currently using V1, as the functionality remains the same.

@ryan.fransen 的侧料架很棒,但我发现它的右上角根本不受力,白白浪费了材料,而且我个人更喜欢简单的设计,所以我对这个模型进行了一些修改。另外,我新增加了 Voron 的风格的滚筒,这样你不需要采购任何额外的零件,只需要一些备用的 PFTE 管就可以尽享丝滑。
这个 Remix 的一些亮点:
- 对比原作同样设定下仅 85% 材料消耗,足够强韧和耐用的设计。
- 兼容原作者的配件(原作已更新逆时针螺纹而有些二创并未适配)
- 添加了使用 PFTE 管作为滑动面的 Voron 风格滚筒。
- 新增进料管固定配件,不像原作必须使用PC4-M10 气动头。
- 主体部件转角并非90度而是89度,螺丝拧紧后更贴合。
打印建议:
主体:3墙,20%填充,外部 Brim。
AMS Lite Rotary 轴和原厂料架转接器:3墙,30%填充。
Voron 滚筒单管版:纵向打印,加 Brim,4墙,40%填充
Voron 滚筒双管版:横向打印,3墙,30%填充
注:建议 PETG 或 PLA+,PFTE 管裁切长度为 83 mm
