Description
Designed specifically for IKEA BROR drawers. With small dimensional adjustments, the system can also be adapted for use in many other drawers.
The idea behind this design was to create a lightweight, material-efficient divider system that prints fast and does not waste filament. Visual appearance and smooth surfaces were not a priority — this system is designed for a metal garage drawer, not for a jewellery display 😇.
The design is intentionally very simple and was created entirely in Bambu Studio, without using any CAD software.
Separator walls may appear solid in the preview, but they are printed without top and bottom layers, resulting in a honeycomb (open) structure with holes (see attached pictures), as shown in the attached photos. This reduces material usage while keeping the walls rigid.
All dimensions can be easily adjusted directly in Bambu Studio to fit your specific drawer.

One sample of each part is provided on separate plates. You can modify and clone these parts as needed.
Hints:
- To change the height of the dividers, adjust the Z scale
- To change the height of the separator wall, adjust the Y scale
- To change the length of the separator wall, adjust the X scale
Profile 2: Drawer Divider System for IKEA BROR 80X60 cm
This profile produces one complete divider layout for a single IKEA BROR drawer (80 × 60 cm, internal size: 735 × 515 mm).
Print quantities:
