Swirl Lucky Wheel

A desktop lottery device that combines fun and interactivity. The small ball is launched with stored energy, smoothly spins into the hole, making a satisfying rattle that's very stress-relieving and is very fun.

Almost no supports, no hardware

The springs are taken from click pens; just take two from a colleague's desk (PDD is very cheap, a few dollars for 100, they'll be useful later).

Materials like PLA, PETG, etc., are all fine. They all make a satisfying rattle that's very stress-relieving.

Installation:

1. Take a piece of filament, about 48 mm long. Lightly toast one end with a lighter, press it onto a table, and it will be like this once cooled.

2. Thread it through the toggle mechanism and insert two click pen springs.

3. Place the toggle mechanism into the turntable, then thread this small plate through. Pay attention to the direction; the two small tabs should be on top.

4. Pressing the spring with your hand, flatten the other end as well to prevent the filament from popping out.

5. Screw on the two brackets on top of the turntable. The bottom plate and the turntable are glued together using 401 glue (make sure the protruding parts align). Also, glue the small ball in place. The small ball is 12mm in diameter and is universally compatible with any ball-bearing toys you have at home. They are also sold on Taobao. Of course, 3D printed balls can also be used. I love 401 glue; it's so practical for 3D printing.
