SeaScape Dual Toothbrush Organizer (2x)

Inspired by the original design by ABM Masum, I'm excited to present my remixed version of the Toothbrush Holder. This improved design combines functional enhancements with artistic flair, making it a must-have for any bathroom.

Functional Improvements:

• Two-Tiered Design: Holds two toothbrushes, perfect for families or those who like to keep their brushes organized.
• Dovetail Joint: A clever connection between the tower and base ensures stability and prevents the holder from toppling over or sliding apart.
• Filter: A snugly fitting filter that won't come loose when inserting a toothbrush, keeping your bathroom clean and tidy.
• Tapered Tower: Reduces the amount of filament used, making the print more efficient and environmentally friendly.

Artistic Elements:

• Turtle Engraving: A delightful turtle design on the tower, complete with bubbles, adds a touch of whimsy to your bathroom.
• Starfish: A beautiful starfish pattern adorns the top of the holder, adding a pop of flair and visual interest.
• Seabed Engraving: The long edges of the base feature an intricate seabed design, creating a cohesive and artistic look.

Design Features:

• Three-Piece Design: Easy to print and assemble.
• SOLIDWORKS CAD Files: Included for your convenience, allowing you to modify or customize the design to suit your needs. Please remix!

Print Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Filament: Only tested with PLA, but it works just fine; used 53.56g of filament
• Extrusion Head: Tested with 0.4mm head
• Infill Density: 15%
• Support Material: Not required

Notes:

• Please ensure you have a suitable printer and settings to print this design.
• I've made significant modifications to the original author's design, but I want to acknowledge the original creator's work.

Printed Dimensions:

• 112mm tall x 45mm wide

Remix:

• Used SOLIDWORKS to remix, although I had to design the model from scratch since I wasn't able to find a good CAD file for the original.
• Added dovetail joint since the tower and base components of the original design slid apart often.
• Created a pleasant taper on the tower that reduces filament used and is visually appealing.
• Modified the filter on the bottom to include four notches and a small shelf to stay locked in.
• Changed the design from sliding parts to dovetail for the tower/base combination and snug gravity fit with notches and a shelf for the filter.
