Brick Clogs is a fully 3D-printed footwear that merges rigid geometric ‘BRICK’ form with real ergonomic ‘CLOG’ fit. The external shell follows a clean block-style geometry, while the interior contains a precisely modeled clog cavity sized for actual foot comfort and stability. The result is a wearable shoe that maintains a striking brick shape without sacrificing structural integrity or print feasibility.
I created this design as a personal project after being inspired by the recent collaboration between a major building-block toy brand and a well-known clog footwear company. As a fan of both modular design systems and functional wearable objects, I wanted to explore whether that bold, block-inspired aesthetic could be translated into a fully printable, mechanically sound, and genuinely wearable shoe. This model is my independent interpretation of that idea — designed from scratch, optimized for real printing, real assembly, and real wear.

Print Setup
Baseline size: Print at 100% scale using the provided print profiles. This profile will fit a foot around 27cm long. If printing larger sizes, the model may need to be split into additional parts to fit standard print beds. For large-format printers (such as H2D-class beds), full-size printing in one piece is possible. The inner cavity for the clog was inspired by this model. Hence, the sizing is similar for this footwear too, as shown below:
| Shoe Size | Scale Factor | Foot Length (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| 35 | 83.33% | 22.5 |
| 36 | 85.71% | 23.1 |
| 37 | 88.10% | 23.8 |
| 38 | 90.48% | 24.4 |
| 39 | 92.86% | 25.1 |
| 40 | 95.24% | 25.7 |
| 41 | 97.62% | 26.3 |
| 42 | 100% (Baseline) | 27.0 |
| 43 | 102.38% | 27.6 |
| 44 | 104.76% | 28.3 |
| 45 | 107.14% | 28.9 |
| 46 | 109.52% | 29.6 |
| 47 | 111.90% | 30.2 |
| 48 | 114.29% | 30.9 |
Wearability Note: These are fully wearable shoes with a functional internal clog cavity and flexible strap system. However, they are designed primarily as statement or collectible footwear, not for extended all-day walking or heavy outdoor use.
