Description

This file is for 3 different versions of a flat Stratocaster Input Jack Plate. The main profile of the plate matches a standard stratocaster and the hole spacing is 2.75" apart. The plate is thicker than a metal one (for structural integrity) at 1/8" thick. It prints face-down to give a good finish quality on the top and does not need any supports.

I originally designed this so I could include a rocker switch for my killswitch LED on the jack plate. Two of the versions include a rectangular cutout for a rocker switch. It's a 12mm x 9mm switch that you can buy here: https://tesiswitch.com/shop/ols/products/tesi-12mm-x-9mm-micro-rocker-onoff-switch . I made the slot where it friction fits in, but doesn't quite “snap” in.

I also included a flat version with just the hole for a jack. I designed this for a Switchcraft Stereo Jack, but it should work for any 3/8" mounting hole jack. At 1/8" thick, you shouldn't need the long thread version. The one I used can be purchased here: https://www.stewmac.com/electronics/components-and-parts/jacks/switchcraft-output-jack/?queryid=5c892eab7ca17682ba90ac8398909d09

Also, I recommend letting this cool fully on the bed before removing it to minimize bending while prying it off.
