Beyblade Tournament Deck Box V3.0

The Beyblade Tournament Deck Box V3.0 is designed for competitive play and organized storage, offering a compact and reliable way to carry your Beyblade X setup. Suitable for both home use and tournament environments, it balances protection, portability, and efficient 3D printing.

Use & Capacity

The deck box accommodates up to three Beyblade X tops and supports BX, UX, and CX systems.
The divided internal compartments keep each top separated, limiting movement during transport and helping reduce accidental contact or wear.

Design & Construction

The enclosure is built around a tool-free assembly concept, relying entirely on precise 3D-printed tolerances rather than hardware.

Key design elements include:

  • Integrated X-shaped hinges for smooth, consistent opening and long-term durability

  • A decorative top border frame that adds structure and a clean, finished appearance to the lid

The decorative border frame is a separate component and must be glued in place.
For PLA prints, gel-type cyanoacrylate (super glue) is recommended, as it helps prevent glue spreading and avoids white residue or surface frosting commonly caused by liquid CA glue.

All main components lock together to form a rigid and stable final assembly.

An optional TPU gasket can be added to improve sealing against dust and minor splashes
(waterproofing not formally tested).

Assembly

Assembly consists of joining the printed components in sequence until the enclosure locks into its final form.
The process is straightforward, requires no hardware, and can be completed in just a few minutes
(adhesive required only for the decorative border frame).

Customization

All parts can be printed in custom color combinations to match personal preferences, team colors, or tournament setups.

Any commercial use, resale, redistribution of the files, or sale of physical prints made from this model requires prior written permission from the designer.
