Description
This model complements the original L1–L5 vertebral assembly from MakerWorld with a missing spinal cord and two intervertebral discs.
Supplementation with the spinal cord and intervertebral discs allows for better demonstration of the anatomy and function of the lumbar spine, including disc herniation (here between L4 and L5) and contact with nerve ducts from the spinal cord. The L3-4 disc model is without a herniation.
The remaining discs between L1 and L3 are not modeled, it is not a problem to fill them in.
Everything is designed to fit exactly between the vertebrae from the original model:

It is not possible to ADDITIONALLY insert the spinal cord into the original, already assembled spine model!
