Remix Description
This model is a functional remix of the Opel Astra H Modular Cup Holder System by AshVeganas.
The original cup holder geometry was not modified.
I designed a new, original mounting adapter that allows the cup holder to be used with the VW Multivan T5 / T6 seat rail system.
What was changed / added:
- Designed a custom rail-mount adapter compatible with VW Multivan T5 / T6 seat rails
- The adapter provides a mechanical interface between the VW rail and the original Opel Astra H modular cup holder
- Ensured secure mounting and easy removal without permanent modifications to the vehicle
- Maintained full compatibility with the original modular cup holder system
What was NOT changed:
- No changes were made to the original cup holder model by AshVeganas
- The modular cup holder system remains exactly as designed in the original project
This remix focuses solely on mounting compatibility, enabling the original cup holder system to be used in a different vehicle platform.
