Ergonomic spray can grip designed for comfort, precision, and long spray sessions. Two-part design — prints fast, assembles in seconds, no supports needed.

FEATURES

• Comfortable grip — shaped for extended use without hand fatigue
• Smooth trigger — responsive, no jamming or sticking
• Built-in crosshair — aligned with the nozzle for accurate aim
• Quick release — detach by pulling the trigger backward
• Stable fit — no wobble or shifting on the can
• Lightweight — ~30–60 g depending on print settings

WHAT'S IN THE BOX

SPRAY_GUN_SUPERIOR_V2.stl — Main body + clamp
SPRAY_TRIGGER_SUPERIOR_V2.stl — Trigger

HARDWARE

• 1× M4 screw + nut — main trigger pivot
• Optional: M3 screw + nut + washer for extra trigger lock
• Can clamp snaps on tight — no screw required (but you can add M3 or M4 if you want)

MATERIAL

PET-G — Recommended — durable, flexible enough to handle stress
PLA — Works, but may crack or snap under pressure

PLA is fine for light use or display prints. For anything hands-on, go PET-G.

PRINT SETTINGS

Recommended (balanced):
0.6 mm nozzle · 30% infill · 2 walls
~1 h 39 min · ~58.6 g

High detail:
0.4 mm nozzle · 30% infill · 2 walls · 0.08 mm layer height
~8 h 22 min · ~57 g

Lightweight:
0.6 mm nozzle · 15% infill · 1 wall
~1 h 31 min · ~46 g

Layer heights above 0.20 mm may affect overhang quality. Stick to 0.12–0.16 mm for the cleanest support-free result.

ASSEMBLY

This is not a print-in-place model. Attach the trigger to the main body manually using the M4 screw.

COMING SOON

I'm working on a print-in-place version — a complete assembled system straight off the build plate. No hardware, no assembly. Still in development, no ETA yet. Stay tuned.
