Sink overflow connection Dia. 30-31 mm 90°

Overflow fitting for kitchen sink. I couldn't find the part commercially, so I modeled it with FreeCad from the original part

Drain for small spaces, the outflow goes directly downwards at 90°

Drain diameter on sink side: 30 to 32 mm
Drain pipe connection diameter: 17 to 19 mm

Printing is recommended in PETG for better moisture resistance

Print flat for horizontal print lines and greater pipe strength

Standard supports are positioned inside the pipe due to horizontal printing. They are easily removed with pliers

Two versions are offered: 

• without a screw, it is necessary to use a bolt with a countersunk head and an M4 nut (the nut must fit into the designated slot)
• with an M5 printed screw. It is necessary to screw and glue the screw on the cap side (see version). The thread on the pipe side is doubled for better resistance, tighten by hand

The gasket is printed in TPU/TPE and the profile is provided
