🚂 The Ultimate Infinite Train Track Set

Running out of tracks during playtime? Print as many as you need! This set is designed to be fully compatible with standard wooden train systems (like Brio, IKEA Lillabo, Lidl Playtive, Thomas, etc.).

Unlike other models, these tracks are optimized specifically for FDM printing. They feature a flat bottom designwhich ensures:

• ✅ Perfect Bed Adhesion: No warping, no lifting corners.
• ✅ Smooth Running: Trains run stable without wobbling.
• ✅ No Supports Needed: Just print and play.

📦 What is included in the Profile?

I have organized the files into logical plates for easy printing:

• Plate 1: The Basics (Straights) – Includes standard lengths (54mm, 108mm, 144mm, 216mm).
• Plate 2: The Curves – Various radii (R110, R170, R230) for flexible layouts.
• Plate 3: Switches – Left and Right switches for complex junctions.
• Plate 4: Crossings – 90° (+) and 45° (X) crossings.

⚙️ Print Settings (Important!)

These parts are designed to be durable for kids' play.

• Material: PLA (Matte looks great and hides layer lines).
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm.
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm (Standard) or 0.24 mm (Draft). Note: Coarser layers actually make the tracks look more like wood!
• Wall Loops: 3 Walls (Recommended for strength, especially on the connectors).
• Infill: 10-15% (Grid or Cross Hatch).
• Brim: Highly recommended for the long straight tracks (216mm) to prevent warping at the ends. Use "Mouse Ears" or a 5mm Brim.
