Before you start reading, if you are happy with my project, remember to give it a nice like and 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to the print profile, it will help me to continue

Thank you very much

!! ATTENTION !!

I have been told that sometimes prints, especially with Textured PEI build plate, tend to stick too much. It's true

I have printed many of them for testing, and I have learned a few small tricks: besides letting the build plate cool down well, I don't clean it before printing, but rather I dirty it with my hands - the normal grease we have on our hands limits the adhesion of the cover to the build plate - then I use the Bambu Lab Bed Scraper or also this one which is lower https://makerworld.com/en/models/12703-bambu-bed-scraper#profileId-12705
The engineering build plate is more suitable for use with TPU, but it does not come with the texture effect

I have also achieved better results by lowering the build plate temperature. TPU still sticks
Let me know in the comments if it works well
Good luck with your work

I needed a cover for my wife's iPhone SE 3rd generation and realized there were no solutions for Bambu Lab's AMS TPU
The filament is quite rigid, and solutions with classic TPU don't work well because you can't insert the phone
Projects with rigid filaments have shapes that cover the phone very little, leaving areas exposed to allow it to be inserted
Then it falls, hits exactly that exposed spot, and breaks
So I studied a project compatible with AMS TPU, also to take advantage of the beautiful possibilities of multicolored prints
After several hours of design and as many tests, to also make the buttons maneuverable, I created the solution you see
I also provided an adequate hole for thick Lightning connectors. The previous cover I bought had too small a hole and that was a problem
I haven't tried it with PLA, if you try it please share it in the comments
I have set up minimal and easily detachable supports for a better print. But it can also be done without
I have an iPhone 16e, and seeing how this one turned out, I will soon dedicate myself to creating a cover for this phone as well

I am sorry you did not have a good experience with my project. Other users have encountered problems, but these were due to printing errors, as highlighted by the photos they sent, or because they used the wrong filament or had a dirty nozzle. This profile has been printed by over 150 users, so the problem must lie elsewhere. If you share a photo, we can understand what went wrong, and I am sure that once the problem is identified, you will be able to achieve an excellent print as many other users have. Happy printing

I’d say you made a mistake in the print. What filament did you use?

Analyzing the photo you sent, I would say you had problems with: Stringing Layer shifting Warping Under-extrusion Main possible causes: Nozzle temperature too high Retraction not correctly calibrated Printing speed too high I'm attaching a photo of my print. Let me know if I can be of any help with some advice. Happy printing

I notice there are also some carbonized residues in your print, highlighted in the photo. You most likely have a dirty nozzle. You should try performing some 'cold pull' operations.. I'm attaching the link to the page with the instructions. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p1/manual/p1s-cold-pull

Hi, thank you for your feedback! I’m sorry to hear you had issues with the print. This print profile has been tested and works correctly, in fact 20 come filo users have already used it and almost all of them without any problems. If only part of the model printed, the issue might be related to your slicer settings, the printer configuration, or the model file itself rather than the print profile. I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot if you can share more details! In the meantime, I kindly ask you to reconsider your rating, as the profile itself is not the cause of the issue. Happy printing!
