Introduction:
With these gliding rails, I have drastically reduced the play in my sliding sled for the BOSCH GTS 10 XC. While wobbling of the sled was clearly possible before, it is now almost completely gone.
I printed the rails in PLA. Profiles for PETG and ABS are also included.
I have naturally kept the original gliding rails because I only installed the PLA gliding rails 1 week ago. Long-term testing will therefore follow.
If anyone has already used these gliding rails extensively, please share your experience here.

Installation:
Relatively simple. Unscrew the original gliders and keep the screws.
Press M4 nuts into the printed gliding rails from the back; they should have 7 mm flats and be 3 mm thick.
12 pieces are needed.
Then loosely screw the sled onto the gliding rails, push the sled back and forth several times so that the gliding rails fit into the guide.
Always tighten the screws more firmly during this process.
Finally, I applied a drop of fine mechanical oil to each gliding rail. We will have to see how that interacts with wood dust.
