Thank you for the design. I printed this but the hinges connecting the sides to the square did not print at all. the middle square is not connected to the sides.

Hello, Looks like issue with layer height. Please ensure to use the 0.12mm fine layer height profile. Then under "Quality > Layer height" please ensure the layer height and initial layer height are set to 0.1. You can print 0.1mm layer height with a 0.4mm or smaller nozzle. Because the joint part thickness is about 0.1mm thick only and I printed this with PETG.
