Stark Varg EX – Handlebar Switch Cover (Personal Use)

This is my custom Stark Varg EX handlebar switch cover, modeled from scratch and refined through real-world use. I’ve been selling these online for some time, and I wanted to upload the file here to help out fellow Stark owners who own a 3D printer.

The cover helps protect the handlebar switch area while giving it a clean, factory-style look. It prints easily and fits great when printed with the recommended material.

Print Recommendations

• Material: PETG (recommended for durability and heat resistance)
• Build Plate:
  • Prints great on PEI sheets with pattern textures
  • Also looks excellent on a standard textured build plate
• Supports: Not required
• Orientation: As uploaded

Notes

• Designed specifically for the Stark Varg EX
• Tested and used on my own bike
• Clean, simple design that blends well with the OEM look
