  • Fully Customizable: Define your compartments by simply entering a list of dimensions as a string.
  • Print-Ready Lid: Generates a perfectly fitted lid with customizable text (embossed or engraved).
  • Quality of Life Details:
    • Finger Cutouts: Easy-access side notches to help grab stacks of cards or tiles.
    • Side Token Cutouts: Low-profile side openings to slide out tiles or tokens easily.
    • Thumb Notch: Optional small notch to make opening the lid even easier.
    • Rounded Corners: Vertical fillets for stronger structural integrity and a premium look/feel.
  • Optimized for FDM: Designed to be printed without supports.

🛠 How to Use

  1. Measure your components: (e.g., a stack of tiles is 46x46mm).
  2. Enter Dimensions: Update the CompartmentDimensions string with your widths and lengths (e.g., "46, 46, 35, 46").
  3. Adjust Height: Set InternalDepth to match your box depth or component stack height.
  4. Customize: Toggle FingerCutout, EnableSideCutouts, and add your game's name to LidTextContent.
  5. Export: Set ShowPart to 1 for the Box and 2 for the Lid to export STLs separately (0 renders both for preview).

Technical Specs

  • Default Wall Thickness: 2.4mm (outer) / 1.2mm (inner dividers).
  • Material: Works great in PLA, PETG, or even TPU for a flexible fit.
  • Algorithm: Shelf-packing (Sorted Descending) for maximum space efficiency.

Recommended Print Settings

  • Walls: 2-3 perimeters.
  • Infill: 10-15% (Grid or Gyroid).
  • Bottom Layers: 3-4.
  • Supports: None required.
