A Gr8Wings creation for Makerworld !

I designed this tool to easily create a "monkey's fist" knot with paracord-type rope. The support allows using cores up to approximately 100 mm in diameter and includes a template for the classic ping-pong ball (40 mm) and 25mm.

The system consists of:
1) X-frame with metric references in mm (0-50)
2) four support rods with 4 threaded bars and screw knobs (M6)
3) template for easy positioning of the rods, calibrated for 25 and 40 mm
4) table support

To fix the frame to the support, it is recommended to use a common M5 x 40 mm galvanized screw and hexagonal nuts.

Easy to print, no supports, 0.20 mm layer height.
Use PLA or PETG Basic. In total, less than 100g of material.

Print profile:
0.2 mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill, no supports
