Description

This is a holder that incorporates the magnetic Statik 360 Pro Data  or the 360 Charging cables. This base includes an LED hole in the front that allows you to verify the cable is plugged in and powered.

These cables are readily available on Amazon and allow quick and easy connection to the bottom of the phone, since the cables run on a system where the correct adapter (USB-C, Lightning, Mini-USB) stays in the phone, then the connection to the cable itself is magnetic. This allows you to use the same charger cables for iPhone or Android and makes the connection itself MUCH easier to make since the phone just needs to get close to the cable and the magnets do the rest.

If you want to check out the Statik store on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/A4B3783B-6D02-45CF-865A-CA4763E084F9

It will fit an iPhone 16 (without a case) and a Samsung S22 (in a case). These are the only phones I tested, but may fit many more.

For use on toolboxes, steel workbenches or other flat steel applications, we have a magnet-mount version available here, and you can use the same holder base and just print the holder base itself - the bottom plugs for this model will fit into that base : https://makerworld.com/en/models/2218466-magnet-mount-90deg-usb-c-powered-phone-holder We also have a simple USB-C version available here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2215295-90deg-usb-c-charging-data-phone-holder

The stand is made in three parts to accommodate enclosing the cable in the base - the stand itself, and bottom and top halves of the cable holder that will form a “plug” once glued together, then the plug is glued in the base. Once the cable is inserted and the three parts are glued together, it is a very solid unit.

The holder is 81.5 mm wide and 15.1mm deep, so if that is not big enough for your phone, or your phone with a case on it, you can scale it up with no issues. For instance, scaling it to 101% makes it 82.3mm wide, 102% makes it 83.1mm wide etc., so measure your phone/case width & depth and plan accordingly. Scaling it up should have almost no impact on the cable mount, as once the two halves of the bottom plug are glued together, the cable is captured and can't really move anyway.
