Highlights

Model Introduction

  • The model consists of 5 parts: the base, 2 extra-large drawers, the poop chute, and TPU damping feet
  • Developed entirely based on P2S, fits perfectly after installation
  • I will provide detailed installation instructions. Please read the printing instructions carefully before printing

A preview: Later, I will release the active chamber temperature component for P2S, which will integrate the official left auxiliary fan and a 220V 600W active chamber temperature system

Printing Instructions

  • This project contains many large models. Although P2S is an enclosed machine, it does not have active chamber heating, so there is still a certain risk of warping in winter. To prevent print failure, I have made corresponding adjustments to the printing parameters, please do not modify them arbitrarily
  • TPU damping feet are recommended to be printed with 85A or 90A for better results. Currently, 95A HF is used by default, which is easier to print and has a faster printing speed. However, 85A, 90A, or 95A can all be used normally
  • PETG HF is used by default for printing. If you are concerned about warping, you can also print with lower shrinkage PLA, but the corresponding printing cost will also increase
  • In addition to parameters, to minimize print failure, all users must complete the following tasks before printing
    • Clean the build plate
    • Apply glue
    • Do not open the chamber door during printing
    • Do not blindly increase filament cooling parameters
    • Increase hot bed temperature by 5 degrees
    • Ensure filament is dry (even newly opened filament should ideally be dried once)
  • It's okay if there is slight warping; an error of 1-2mm will not affect assembly (don't strive too much for perfection, let yourself off the hook)
  • Finally, actual photos are attached, and a PDF version is available for download
