Had another request to make a rotating, print in place keychain of Dodge and here it is.
The holes clearance is about 0.3mm and should work on every printer. On my P1S and another brand cheap printer i can go until 0.16mm and it still rotates.
Choose from my profiles if you want it White or a Black version and print it. It's that easy!
My profile is with all the settings already tuned and with Hexagons on the opposite face of the keychain to give it a “cool” look. If you want it plain, add 5 or 6 top shells to the Inner Ring.
After printing let it cool! It's important or it will bend and brake the print in place pins inside the outer ring. Be warned! Only needs a little force to make it rotate and you can add a little bit of lube if needed (i didn't and it rotates free)
