Juwel Bioflow Shrimp Guard (Skimmer Edition)
Protect your dwarf shrimp and offspring from the Juwel Bioflow filter system! đŚ
This design closes the gap at the filter inlet, which often appears when an additional surface skimmer (like the Juwel Eccoflow / TopClean) is mounted on the filter box. While the standard filter is safe for adult fish, the slits often provide enough space for curious shrimp to get inside the filter.
Features:
- Precise fit: Specially designed for Juwel Bioflow housings in combination with skimmer attachments.
- Fine lamellae: The structure is so fine that shrimp stay out, but water flow is barely affected.
- Easy installation: The part can be easily plugged in or inserted into the recess.
Important printing notes:
Since the component remains permanently in the aquarium, I strongly recommend the following settings:
- Material: Be sure to use PETG (food safe). Unlike PLA, PETG is water-resistant, does not release harmful substances, and does not deform over time in the tank.
