Description
Cleaning and Maintenance Aid for the H-Series X-Axis
With this tool, the narrow guide groove of the X-axis linear rail can be easily and effectively cleaned with a thin, fine cloth.
This allows reliably removing oil contaminated by dust, laser operation, and 3D printing. No pointed or sharp objects are needed anymore to clean the groove.
This prevents both injuries and possible damage to the rail.

IMPORTANT: After cleaning, always re-oil the rail before the next operation.
After the cleaning process, the same tool can be used again – this time without a cloth – to distribute fresh oil in the groove.
The design was laid out so that the thin web is printed in a layer orientation that ensures maximum stability and thus a long service life.
PLA and PETG are ideal for this. It is advantageous if the material has been sufficiently dried before printing.
