This 3D-printed ventilation outlet is designed as a replacement for the original Truma air outlet in motorhomes and caravans.
The outlet
- fully covers the original air outlet
- is freely swiveling
- fits into the existing opening of the Truma ventilation system
đĽ Material Information (important)
With Truma ventilation systems, high outlet temperatures can occur.
Therefore, only heat-resistant material should be used.
- Tested: ABS
- Result: reliably functions under practical conditions
â ď¸ PLA is not recommended due to its low heat deflection temperature.
No reliable long-term experience exists for other materials (e.g., ASA, PC-Blends).
đ§ Assembly
- Remove the original insert from the existing Truma air outlet
- Insert the printed ventilation outlet directly into the existing opening
- No additional tools or adhesive required (if print dimensions are accurate)

- Before use, ensure that the chosen material is suitable for the temperatures occurring in the vehicle
