This elegant and functional case was developed for maximum reliability and a clean aesthetic. The box combines a minimalist design with a robust, integrated hinge system that can be printed directly as an assembly or in individual parts

Design Features

• Optimal Fit: The internal dimensions were designed with a tolerance of +1 mm in height and +3mm in length and width. This ensures that your contents sit securely but can still be easily removed without jamming
• Integrated Hinge: A stable pivot system ensures smooth opening and closing of the lid
• Two-Color Design: Perfectly optimized for printing with the Bambu Lab AMS to display the lid and base in contrasting colors (e.g. Cyan and Gray)

Print Settings (Recommended)

• Printer: Bambu Lab A1 / P1S / X1C
• Material: PLA, PETG or ABS
• Layer height: 0.2 mm for optimal fit
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid for stability)
• Walls: 3 wall lines for a robust hinge

Assembly Note

The model is designed so that the lid is directly aligned with the hinge. Thanks to the precise manufacturing tolerances, the box closes flush and offers a professional look for the workshop, office, or hobby
