H2C/D/S CAD Model

I had serious trouble finding an actual CAD model or any other sort of detailed dimensional specification of the H2 series printer from BambuLab.

After purchasing my H2C, I wanted to do some modelling for attachments and such as well as having a nice and proper model to … model with, but never found any good ones.

So what to do but make my own from scratch, so here we are :)

Please beware that this model may have some inaccuracies as I've only measured hole and feature positions using a tape measure and my little calipers only go to 152mm.. I've also designed the corners to have a 32mm radius (fits best with community parts) but they are technically splines of almost R50.

But it at least fit with two poop chutes that I downloaded which was most important for me.

I model exclusively in Fusion360, if you would like a compatible format please let me know. 

STEP & IGES files from F360 do not contain texture or material properties so colors in your model may be different from my pictures.

Model of AMS's not included.

Based on H2C (Only machine I have to measure with) and I have measured and modelled the following:

CadV1:

• +Glass/window panels
• +LCD
• +Backplate with;
  • Power
  • Power-key
  • Main filament input
  • Ventilation holes (simple grid representation)
  • Poop chute location
  • Exhaust fan location
  • External spool holders locations (screw holes)
• +Separate left/right panels
• +Lifting grips (kind of inaccurate but eh~)
• +“Base” plate (excluded detailed underside)

• +Rubber feet spacing & diameter

   

• -Top-right button
• -Top vent
• -Top-left USB
• -Door handle
• -Door hinge
• -Top glass handle
