Code blue team ACLS responder identification badge

Description
I am an RN, and my unit recently had an event where identifying roles during a code blue was identified as a shortcoming. The unit planned on using stickers, but I thought to myself I could do a lot better than that.
According to AHA, it is best practice for high performing teams to have individuals in specific roles that they have identified. I have included all AHA's roles in addition to tags for the primary RN and attending MD who are helpful resources in a code even if they are not actively participating in one of the other defined roles. In fact if I had the staff and was running the code I would prefer them to be on the side thinking through H's & T's and communicating with the code leader about those assessments.
I have color coded the badges to make them highly visible and easy to differentiate. Roles are written clearly in large font on both sides of the badge, and there is an integrated hole to attach to a cheap badge holder you can get for 10 cents on amazon. I also made an organizer to keep them together on top of or near the code cart.
Hopefully this will help you and your unit perform just a little bit more cohesively during a stressful situation and maybe improve an outcome or two.
