MSI Super Expert 4080 fan duct

This spacer was designed to solve airflow noise issues caused by extremely tight clearance between the GPU fans and the side panel in the FormD / Ncase T1.

With the MSI RTX 4080 Super Expert, the stock layout leaves almost no gap between the fan intake and the side panel, which resulted in a high-pitched whistling noise under load. This spacer slightly increases the distance between the fan and the panel, restoring proper airflow and completely eliminating the noise.

Designed specifically for:

• MSI RTX 4080 SUPER EXPERT
• FormD T1 / Ncase T1 layouts with minimal GPU clearance

Printed in PLA, PETG, or ABS. No modifications required. Installs without affecting GPU stability or thermals in a negative way — in my case, GPU noise under load was fully resolved.
