Description

This project is a 3D printable pulley consisting of two main parts. It is designed to be robust and functional for a wide range of DIY applications.

Features:

  • Main Pulley: The primary body with the following external dimensions: ∅13 mm x 8.5 mm / ∅3 mm (Outer Diameter x Height / Bore).
  • Locking Bushing: The smaller piece acts as both a bushing and a retainer for the bearing.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Insert a 4x9x4 mm bearing into the housing of the main part (the larger piece).
  2. Secure the assembly by inserting the smaller piece (the bushing) into the bearing's center hole and pressing it all the way in to lock everything in place.

Material Recommendation: Due to the heat generated by friction during rotation, standard PLA is not suitable as it may soften and deform. Please use heat-resistant materials such as PETG, ABS, or ASA.

This design allows for easy bearing replacement and ensures smooth movement.
