Optimized Design
- Integrated Handle: Ergonomically shaped for good power transmission.
- Keychain Eyelet: Sturdy hole for direct attachment to a key ring.
- Reinforced Bits: The critical "bits" of the key have been designed to withstand maximum shear forces despite their small size.
Recommended Print Settings
To ensure that the fine key bits do not break off, these settings are crucial:
- Material: PETG - Do not use PLA, as the bits could become too brittle under load and break off.
- Walls: 5
- Infill: 45% (Gyroid recommended for uniform stability).
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm for a precise fit.
Note:
PETG adheres strongly to the print bed. Please let the bed cool down completely after printing to avoid bending the delicate parts when removing them.
