.2 nozzle not required, but you would probably get a nicer result. you will also need to salvage the actual spring pin from an existing watch band, they have a bolt-action style mechanism to remove.

to insert, just face the ‘bolt’ of the pin towards the opening and press in. its a tight fit for both the watch and the pin, so a bit of force may be needed.
