St. James Cross

This is a cake stencil with the St. James Cross (Santiago Cross). The motif is known from the traditional Spanish almond cake "Tarta de Santiago", but it is also excellent for any other cake or for religious occasions such as Easter, Communion, or pilgrim gatherings.

Simply place the stencil on the cooled cake, dust with powdered sugar, and carefully lift the stencil straight up.

🖨️ Printing Tips

• Material: PLA or PETG (ensure food safety).
• Layer height: 0.2 mm (recommended for a smooth surface).
• Infill: 100% (so that the stencil is stable and easier to clean).
• Scaling: You can scale the X and Y axes in the slicer so that the stencil perfectly fits your cake pan. Keep the Z-axis (height) thin (approx. 1mm - 2mm) so that it remains flexible and lies flat.

⚠️ Note on Food Safety: Please ensure your print nozzle is clean and use food-safe filament. Bacteria can accumulate in the grooves of 3D prints. Clean the stencil thoroughly with warm water and dish soap before and after use. Do not put it in the dishwasher (unless the material is heat-resistant).
