Description

Boost Me (for free)

Did you like this highly detailed HAAS replica? If you appreciate the work, please consider giving a BOOST and rating the profile! Your support helps me complete the entire 11-team grid. Download, print, and share your amazing makes! 🏎️💨

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE PRINTING ⚠️

  • Download via Web: Please download the files from the web version of MakerWorld. Printing directly from Bambu Handy might lead to different settings that could affect the final result.
  • Intricate Design: This model has passed my printing tests (see photos). Due to its complex structure, I recommend novice users not to alter the print profiles to avoid failures.
  • Support & Feedback: Print quality depends on your gear and filament. If you encounter issues, please message me for troubleshooting before leaving a negative review. Content creation is hard work—let's communicate first!.

The Project This model is entirely designed in Fusion 360 and optimized for 3D printing, even for smaller beds like the A1 Mini. The wing prints in one piece, and I’ve engineered the supports to "pop off" as easily as possible, preserving the thin aerodynamic surfaces.

What’s Included?

  • 1/8 Scale Model: A precise replica of the Haas VF-26 front wing.
  • Sticker Sheet: A high-resolution A4 PDF with all the team decals, perfectly sized for the 1/8 scale.

Post-Processing

To achieve the result shown in my photos, expect about 3/4 days of  work:

  1. Sanding: Smooth the print with sandpaper (80 grit up to 500+).
  2. Primer: Apply a plastic-safe primer layer.
  3. Paint: Use acrylic spray paint for the team colors.
  4. Decals & Protection: Apply the included decals and finish with a clear coat for that shine.

Note: This is an unofficial, fan-made design for hobby purposes, not affiliated with Formula 1, HAAS F1 Team, or their sponsors.

How much is the A1 Mini version scaled and thus the sticker sheet scaled too, interested for HAAS and the other teams, just in general

it’s 1/8 scaled too :) so the sticker sheet needs to be printed at 100% the a1 mini profile is just positioned differently to fit on the bed

Oh ok my mistake (It said mini so I assumed it was smaller!) Also looking forward to the others (Williams, Mclaren, Aston Martin) once their liveries are revealed! Also what paint you would recommend or could I use acrylic paint markers as not sure what colour filament to use!

i’ll change the naming to A1 Mini, thanks for the feedback Yes! Every team revealed is in the works, Mclaren could also have the stealth livery. My recommendation is always Spray Acrylic paint, requires a bit of works but the results are amazing. I never tried markers, that’s why the filament color choice is always random for me.
