Skotti Grill - Skotti Cap Handle

This handle is designed for the Skotti Cap, the lid accessory for the SKOTTI Grill. The Skotti Cap transforms the grill into a more versatile outdoor cooking system: it acts as a cover for better heat distribution, allows indirect grilling, and even makes baking or roasting possible while you’re on the go. Since the cap can get quite hot during use, having a reliable handle is essential for safe handling.

Because this part is exposed to elevated temperatures, it is strongly recommended to print it using temperature-resistant filaments such as ABS, ASA, PETG, or other heat-stable materials. These materials are better suited to withstand the thermal stress that occurs when the grill is in operation. PLA may work for short-term or low-heat use, but it can soften or deform over time when exposed to higher temperatures, so it’s not ideal for long-term durability.

If you have access to higher-performance materials like polycarbonate (PC) or nylon blends, those can further improve heat resistance and longevity, especially if you frequently cook at higher temperatures.

Assembly Instructions
Insert one end of the handle into the designated slot of the Skotti Cap. Then gently flex the handle and press the opposite end into place. The handle should snap in securely and sit firmly once installed. No additional tools are required.
