✨Bambu Lab P2S – Dust Protection for the Inner Rear Panel

Many existing dust protection models for the rear panel of the Bambu Lab P2S fulfill their purpose: They close the openings and gaps, are functional and practical. However, they often do not impress visually – I too had been using one of these solutions for a long time, which was "okay" but didn't really match the premium look of the printer

That's why I designed a completely new cover. After careful measurement and numerous test prints, a shape was created that:

• reliably closes all openings 👌
• sits stably and precisely 💪
• can be easily mounted despite the narrow left installation gap 😅
• and integrates harmoniously into the P2S design instead of looking like a foreign object ❤️

Installation is a bit fiddly (see below!), but perfectly manageable for most users. Once the cover is in place, it stays securely and provides a clean, closed interior

Perfect for anyone looking not only for functionality but also for a visually appealing solution for their P2S

Installation:

1. Insert Left Side

Installation begins by inserting the left cutout of the printed part between the lever and the housing

2. Slide Right Side Under Thin Sheet Metal

Then, the right side of the printed part is slid under the thin sheet metal. This step can be a bit fiddly but works reliably with light, even pressure

3. Bring Printed Part to Final Position

Now, carefully move the printed part towards the wall until it reaches its final position. The two sleeves must be inserted into the corresponding bores

The round elevation on the component serves as a guide. Inserting it into the bores requires some patience until the position is precisely met
