A spare part that breaks if you improperly close the bayonet-type fuel tank filler cap. The original (whole filler cap) part number is 0000-350-0533, and it is a bit pricey, costing around USD 8.50 here.

So I made this model, printed with **PETG** ("Nuclear orange" from Aurapol), with a **0.25mm layer, 100% infill, and supports needed**. In the 3MF file for Bambu Studio, PETG is set for the main part and PLA for the contact layer of the support for easy separation. It has been assembled and works. I must state that the design of the original Stihl filler cap is the worst, as it is easy to misalign, leading to breakage.

One more note: I have a Stihl MS361 chainsaw, where this fits. Avoid filler caps from Aliexpress; they do not fit.

Also attached is the 3MF file for PrusaSlicer.

A spare part for the fuel tank cap that breaks if you incorrectly install and try to close the original cap. The original part number (of the entire cap) that it fits is 0000-350-0533. I paid 189 CZK for the original cap. I ended up buying the original one anyway, just in case.

However, my original cap broke the day before I urgently needed to cut, and I wondered what to do. So I modeled this cap, debugged it after several attempts, and it works. It must be printed from **PETG (for flexibility and chemical resistance), with a 0.25mm layer (lower layer = less strength), 100% infill, and supports enabled**. The Bambu 3MF is set for PETG material for the part and PLA for the support's contact layer, allowing for easy support removal. I assembled it, it works, I repeatedly opened and closed the cap, and it's fine. This part is subjected to tensile stress.

The design of the original cap is perhaps the worst, and they even say so at the Stihl store. Good old screw-on caps. Well, once your original breaks and you repair it with the help of this part, you'll understand how it's made, and you'll know what to watch out for when closing it, so it won't break again.

And one more note: don't buy caps on Aliexpress; according to comments, they don't fit. I originally ordered a replacement cap from zatechservis.cz; they sell Chinese products there. Of course, that cap didn't fit either; it couldn't be fully turned so that the tab on the cap would fall into the recess on the saw. So I returned it.

I also attached the 3MF for PrusaSlicer
