Description

This is a Zero Clearance Insert design specifically for the Rutlands 255mm Tabel Saw (R1618). It includes a toolless locking knob for easy removal for blade changes & riving knife adjustment.

As the Rutlands saw is a very similar version of the Skil TS6307 10" Saw, this may also fit the Skil Saw, but this has not been tested.

It is a direct replacement for the stock insert, ready to be cut through with your blade for a true zero clearance, no need to remove the riving knife.

It is printed in two parts to fit standard size print beds (256x256). Simply glue together the dovetail joints for a strong and seemless joint.

To assemble to locking knob a M4 x15mm screw is required.

I transfered the 4 grub screws from the original insert into the 4 leveling holes, but if you want replacements these are M5 x 6mm grub screws
