Vileda Turbo 2in1 Mop Handle End Cap Replacement
Print Profile(0)
Description
Replacement end cap for the Vileda Turbo 2in1 mop (fregona) handle. The original cap is often crimped and can come loose over time—this 3D printed version provides a more reliable fit on the end of the pole.
- Designed to slide onto the top of the mop handle for a snug hold
- Includes a small hole for hanging or storage (as seen in photos)
- Better security: Use superglue, Loctite, or cyanoacrylate adhesive for a permanent bond, as crimped handle diameters can vary slightly
- Compatible with standard Vileda Turbo 2in1 models (tested on real mop, see photos assembled)
This simple fix prevents the cap from falling off during use or storage. Quick and easy print—perfect for anyone with a broken or missing mop handle cap.
Shown in real photos: fit on the actual mop handle. Prints cleanly with minimal material. Recommend durable filament if needed, but standard PLA works fine for this non-food item.
A handy household repair part for extending the life of your Vileda mop!
Print Settings (tested & recommended):
- Printer: Bambu Lab (X1C/P1S/A1 series)

- Profile: Default 0.20 mm layer height (Bambu Studio standard profile)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.20 mm

- Walls/Perimeters: 3-4 (for durability and good fit)

This profile ensures a smooth finish with no stringing on PLA+. If using other filaments, adjust temps (eSun PLA+: 210-220°C nozzle, 60°C bed). Scale slightly if your handle diameter varies (measure first).
