Whether you need a vacuum hose adapter, a plumbing reducer, or a custom structural coupler, this OpenSCAD script generates perfectly fitted, robust parts every time.

Key Features

  • Fully Parametric: Adjust diameters, lengths, and wall thicknesses in millimeters.
  • Two Main Modes:
    • Reducer/Coupler: Smoothly transition between any two sizes (or create a step adapter).
    • Straight Sleeve: Create simple joiners or spacers.
  • Robust Geometry: Built using a "Solid-First" engine. Zero-length transitions are automatically handled (min 1mm slope) to ensure 3D-printable, manifold parts without gaps or artifacts.
  • Hose Barbs V2: Add grip rings to one or both ends with full control over spacing, height, and count.
  • Flanges & Chamfers: Add mounting flanges or smooth chamfers for a professional finish.

How to Use (MakerWorld Customizer)

Just click the "Customize" button! All parameters are labeled in millimeters.

  1. Select Type: Choose "Reducer" or "Straight".
  2. Set Dimensions: Enter your Inner Diameter (ID) and Outer Diameter (OD) for both ends.
  3. Adjust Transition: Set the length of the slope. Set to 1 for a sharp step adapter.
  4. Add Features: Enable Hose Barbs or Flanges if needed.
