Description

Bring Big Ten pride to your desk, shelf, or game-day setup with this mini Illinois Fighting Illini football helmet, inspired by the classic arched “ILLINI” throwback design.

This is a fully 3D-printable miniature helmet, carefully modeled to capture the bold orange shell, iconic lettering, center stripe, and facemask geometry seen on the real helmet. It’s perfect as a desk display, fan collectible, or small gift for Illini fans.

To give makers flexibility, this download includes multiple print-optimized versions, letting you balance surface quality, print time, and material usage:

Included Print Plate Options

  1. One-piece helmet + facemask with center stripe
    Best visual quality.
Printed in standard orientation so the helmet sides stay smooth and clean.
  2. One-piece helmet + facemask (no center stripe)
Same quality as #1, but removes the stripe to reduce poop waste and simplify printing.
  3. Helmet and facemask as separate parts
Designed to minimize poop waste and allow easier color changes or replacements.
  4. One-piece helmet rotated 90°
Faster print with less waste, but with a tradeoff in surface quality on the supported side
(as shown in the print photos).
