This is a replacement gear for Moulinex Food Processors. The original gear often breaks due to stress. I designed this 12-tooth gear to be a durable replacement.⚙️ Specifications:<ul><li>Teeth: 12</li><li>Compatibility: Moulinex Food Processors (Check your original gear before printing)</li><li>Material Recommendation: PETG (Essential for heat and impact resistance)</li></ul>🖨️ Print Settings (For Maximum Strength):<ul><li>Material: PETG (PLA is not recommended as it may melt or break easily under load).</li><li>Infill: 100% (Solid).</li><li>Wall Loops: 5 or 6 walls (This creates a solid plastic ring for the teeth).</li><li>Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (For smoother gear operation).</li><li>Supports: Not needed if printed flat.</li></ul>🔧 Installation Tip (Important): The center hole is designed to be a tight fit. For the best grip on the metal knurled shaft:<ol><li>Heat the metal shaft slightly (using a lighter or heat gun).</li><li>Press the printed gear onto the warm shaft.</li><li>This allows the plastic to mold around the shaft&#39;s texture for a &#34;factory-like&#34; bond.</li></ol>Happy Printing!
