X1C / P1S / P2S / X2D PTFE Tube Guide(Anti-Glass Grinding Mod)
This model is a PTFE tube guide designed for the Bambu Lab X2D/P2S/X1C/P1S print head to prevent the PTFE tube from rubbing and grinding against the top glass panel.
It redirects the PTFE tube to a controlled path above the print head, eliminating contact with the glass while preserving full XY and Z movement. This reduces wear on the PTFE tube, avoids glass scratching, and removes friction-related noise during fast toolhead motion.
Installation steps:
- Open printer extruder
- just pull the front cover, it is attached with magnets and can be taken out easily

- Press the black ring around the filament tube DOWN
- Pull the tube UP, while black ring is still pressed down
- insert tube into the printed part (make sure the “flat/longer” side is facing away from printer
- IMPORTANT!!! if you have inserted tube from the wrong side - tube will be still touching the glass. Just remove the part, and put it back with tube inserted from the other end.
- insert tube back into extruder
- move printed part to the extruder
- put the front cover back

Print notes:
- Only 2.5g !
- No supports required
- PETG or ABS recommended (PLA also works if you never print with high-temperature filaments)
- Install without modifying stock parts
