Jessie belt buckle

This Jessie-inspired belt buckle is designed for Toy Story costumes and cosplay.

The model consists of one main decorative piece and two clips.

These clips must be attached to the main part and allow the buckle to be worn either directly on pants or on a standard belt.

The clips can be fixed in two ways:
– Glued for a quick and simple assembly
– Screwed for a stronger and more durable setup

🔧 Screw assembly option
For a reinforced attachment, 6 × M3 nuts can be heat-inserted into the base, then the clips are screwed in place. This method is recommended for cosplay or repeated use.

– Infill: 15–20 %
– Print orientation: flat

– Wall loops: 4 for allowing heat insertion of the nuts
