Full-Scale Vince Lombardi Trophy – Multi-Part 3D Print 🏆🏈

Bring championship energy to your next football party with this life-size Vince Lombardi Trophy replica. Designed specifically for 3D printing, this model is broken into manageable components while maintaining accurate full-scale proportions for an impressive final display.

 

The trophy prints in four major sections, along with several internal connector pieces to ensure proper alignment and strength during assembly. The football halves friction-fit together with no glue required, creating a tight, permanent connection once assembled. The base assembles the same way, resulting in a solid, clean build without adhesives.

 

For convenient storage and transport, the football sits securely on the base but remains removable, making it easy to separate the pieces when needed.

Beautiful print on a Prusa MK3S! Wow is it shiny. Scaled down to about 90%. Triangular base peice was .2 layer height. for the ball I used variable layer height to get a smooth curve on the ball by the laces. Added text. Sunlu Silk PLA+ in Silver.

Great design!! I am still currently printing. Any suggestions for the supports for the letters. I am having a hard time getting them out of the lettering. I even used pla on the interface since I am printing in petg. But it goes so deep I am clueless how to remove. Thanks for an advice!

I printed entirely from PLA and used a small metal pick to get the support out from the small detail areas in the letters, which worked well for me.
