BLDC Brushless Motor 7,500+ RPM 3 Phase High RPM
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
Description
This motor can be very dangerous. Don't push pass 7,000 rpm or magnets can fly off, and parts can break causing high speed fragments. Use shielding and eye protection.
The motor can easily be pushed passed 7,500 rpm (probably over 10,000 rpm) but it is EXTREMEMLY DANGEROUS.
I've been working on this motor for over a year, and I think I've finally dialed in the ideal wire, magnet, and design combination to create a high performance, low power, mostly 3d printed BLDC motor.
This is 3d printed so it is only a prototype, and shouldn't be use in real world or safety critical use.
Parts Needed:
(1) ESC with potentiometer https://a.co/d/bNlHY0E
(8) 10x3mm Magnets
(1) 100g Spool of magnet wire 0.9mm
(6) M3 >20mm Bolts and nuts
(1) 5mmx50mm dowel
(2) 16x5ODx5mmID Bearings (625ZZ)
Wrap ~11g of magnet wire around each coil (WRAP EACH COIL IN THE SAME DIRECTION)
Wire the coils together according to the diagram.
Glue the magnets into the rotor
Push the dowel through the rotor
Push the bearings into the stator
Fasten the coils onto the stator with the bolt and nuts
Connect the 3 wires from the coil to the 3 wires on the ESC.
Plug in the ESC to 12v 3A power source
Turn potentiometer and it should start spinning after the beeping stops.
