Today I’m bringing this new base/diorama for the Sonic figure, inspired by the classic stages with grass and rings so it displays perfectly. It’s designed to place the figure right in the center. The scale given is for a 13 cm sonic figure.
First of all, you can find de sonic figure in Whale 3D Studio Patreon 😊. Also, it should work fine with others Sonic figures.
I took inspiration from Sonic’s most iconic level aesthetic (grassy ground and rings all around) to create a clean, display-focused base that works great for showcasing the figure.
Two versions (AMS & non-AMS)
- AMS version: ready for multi-color printing, rings near the ground.
- Non-AMS version: the rings are printed separately and then fitted into the base, making it easier to print without multi-material.
For the non-AMS version, you get:
- Rings in 2 different heights, so you can vary the composition and add depth.
- An optional transparent part to create the “floating rings” effect.
