I added an additional plate with tighter tolerances. Simply adjust the z axis scale (remove the checkmark for uniform scaling).
Is your office chair slowly sinking because the gas lift is leaking/defective?
This two-piece clamp locks onto the gas pressure cylinder under the chair and prevents the seat from dropping any further.
How it works
- Choose a proper height (or adjust the z axis scale, but remove the checkmark for uniform scaling)
- Clamp the two parts around the gas lift (under the seat)
- It acts as a mechanical stop so the chair can’t sink below that point
